The qualifications listed below are (where stated) accredited by the British Institute of Innkeeping Awarding Body (BIIAB) or similar national awarding bodies.

  Level 2 National Certificate for Door Supervisors -BIIAB approved courses (Compliant with SIA requirements).

  Both Unit 1 Roles and Responsibilities course and Unit 2 Conflict management and Communication Skills delivered culminating in examinations and certification. Currently, PSF offer training for a combined unit 1 and 2 course.

  A typical programme would be all day Sunday, Monday and Tuesday afternoon/evening and examinations Wednesday evening. This enables clients to attend the course around other work commitments they may have.

• Door Supervisors 1.(a) who already hold the local authority licences previously issued << Check availability >>

  We are able to offer the Unit 2 training and examination to those individuals who are exempt from taking the Unit one by virtue of previous qualification or licence .
  Course duration including examination would be 3 afternoon/evening sessions

• BIIAB Certificate in Conflict Management. << Check availability >>

  Nationally approved qualification in conflict management. This course culminates in an examination and subsequent qualification.
  This course is a two day course culminating in a written examination. It can be taught during afternoon/evenings or at weekends if the client so requires.

• First Aid at Work Course

  Full certificated courses are available upon request and are Accredited First Aid Training. These course includes the examination and those passing are awarded the internationally recognised certificate.
• Fire Prevention and Evacuation Course. << Check availability >>

  We have a number of trainers who have worked extensively in the fire safety field. We can offer training in all aspects of fire safety and evacuation. This is particularly useful to clients with premises used for public entertainment. Currently we have a very popular course covering general fire safety and evacuation procedures.
  This course is designed to suit the needs of clients whose business possess a Public Entertainment Licence and lasts approx 4 hours

• Drug Identification and the Law relating to Drugs. << Check availability >>

  Our trainers have extensive experience in the delivery of courses designed to raise the students understanding of controlled drugs particularly in the licensing industry. Our courses will assist staff in the lawful management of controlled drugs. The training will also assist those in management with understanding how to deal with, and prevent controlled drugs being used on their premises. We offer various training interventions regarding drug identification and management.
• Personal Safety for employees at risk. << Check availability >>

  The company offers courses in personal safety management, which have proved to be of great value to those employees who work in an environment with a risk to their personal safety (such as lone sales workers). Employers also benefit in terms of their obligation to staff health and safety.

  Courses are available aimed at developing the communication and conflict management skills for employees. These are particularly relevant for employees who deal with situations such as customer complaints or dealing with difficult or abusive members of the public.

  We have courses available for employees who are regularly engaged in using communication skills to influence their target audience. Recently, we have worked with a number of sales staff in this area.
